This $50 ticket offers a top prize of $5 million, and can be claimed as an annuity or cash payout, like our larger draw games. The anonymous winner claimed the annuity prize, which offers $250,000 a year for 20 years!

The ticket was purchased at Fry's Food Store, located at 2858 N Pinal Ave, Casa Grande, AZ 85122, and was claimed on May 30, 2023.
