Community Sponsorship Program


All Community Sponsorships for Fiscal Year 2019 (July 2018 - June 2019) have been awarded.


To apply for a raffle/auction item consisting of Scratchers tickets for an upcoming event, download the application here. Your event must occur by June 30, 2019 and applications must be received at least one month prior to the event date. Please submit completed applications to Allyson Saltford at [email protected].

All applications will be reviewed by the Arizona Lottery to ensure application criteria is met. Raffle/Auction applications will be accepted until the earmarked budget is expended.


Please note, our pillars have changed to better serve our communities, positively benefit the lives of Arizonans, and strengthen our partnerships with community organizations while better aligning with the objectives of our mandated beneficiaries:

1.Education - Non-profit or 501(c)(3) programs with a mission to educate Arizona’s youth and community are eligible to apply under this pillar. Eligible educational programs can span across arts, culture, early childhood education, K-12, higher education, and more as long as there is a learning component of the program.

2.Health and Human Services - Non-profit or 501(c)(3) programs with a mission to improve the health and well-being of Arizonans are eligible to apply under this pillar. Examples of eligible programs include those that improve public health and safety; raise awareness of available resources; and provide services to the Arizona population.

3.Economic Development - Non-profit or 501(c)(3) programs with a mission to enhance Arizona’s economic prosperity and sustainability are eligible under this pillar. Eligible programs considered will focus on relevant economic issues, developing or aiding entrepreneurs, seeking solutions to Arizona’s economic challenges, and more.

4.Environmental Conservation - Non-profit or 501(c)(3) programs with mission’s to preserve Arizona’s unique landscape and improve the quality of the state’s natural environment and conserve habitat and wildlife are eligible under this pillar.


“Regulation Rollback” is a strategic step in our state’s ongoing work to make Arizona the best state in the nation for businesses and consumers alike.

We’ve made great progress in growing our economy and streamlining state government over the past two years. We still have a lot of work to do to make sure outdated regulations aren’t slowing us down.

We need your help. You are the experts. Visit this portal for your opportunity to provide specific input to the Governor’s office on an outdated rule or regulation that stifles Arizona’s consumers and job creators.
