Now that you know you’re a winner, what next? First, complete and sign the back of your winning ticket. Drawing prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing. Scratchers prizes must be claimed within 180 days from the announced end of the game (click here for Scratchers game ending dates).

All Lottery retailers will redeem prizes up to $100 and may redeem prizes up to $599. If you have won $600 or more, then you will need to complete and sign an Arizona Lottery's Winner Claim Form (pdf 112kb).

Any prize can be claimed in person at the Phoenix or Tucson office or by mail. To claim your prize by mail, send the signed ticket, completed Winner Claim Form, and a copy of a governmental identification that includes your mailing address and signature (such as a driver's license, citizenship/residency card) to:
