 Welcome to the Business Information section of the Arizona Lottery’s website. In this section, you will find current annual reports, financial statements, commission reports, job opportunities, RFPs/procurements (to learn how to do business with the Lottery), and rules and regulations.
The Arizona Lottery’s main office is located at 4740 E. University Dr., Phoenix. Tucson office is located at 4010 E. Grant Rd. Office hours at both locations are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except in observance of state holidays. The main numbers are: Phoenix, 480-921-4400; Tucson, 520-628-5107. Both offices sell and redeem tickets.

The Arizona Lottery Commission typically meets the third Friday of every month. Click on the link to see the Lottery Commission Board schedule. Unless otherwise posted, meetings are held at 10 a.m. in the main conference room of the Phoenix Office, 4740 E. University Dr. and are open to the public.

Procurement (Vendor) Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Arizona Lottery. As a state agency, the Lottery abides by all laws and rules set forth by the State Procurement Code and the Lottery Procurement Code. As opportunities arise, the Lottery issues Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs), inviting vendors to respond.

You can view the laws pertaining to the Arizona Lottery online at www.azleg.state.az.us. Click on Arizona Revised Statutes located in the left hand blue column and at the next screen check Title 5 and enter. The Lottery Statutes are §§ 5-501 through 5-525.
You can view the rules pertaining to the Arizona Lottery online at www.azsos.gov. Click on Administrative Code under the heading Public Services in the left hand blue column, then click on Table of Contents, and then click on Arizona State Lottery Commission under Title 19.

All state jobs are posted to the job board where applicants can submit their resumes and apply
