Dec. 1, the following Scratchers games are available:

•          What’s Your Number – this $1 ticket offers a top prize of $1,000
•          One-Eyed Jack – this $2 ticket offers a top prize of $10,000
•          Poker Royale – this $5 ticket offers a top prize of $50,000

Winners
Arizona Lottery employees hear exciting stories and see smiling faces every day as we greet our winners and hand out checks!  In the month of November, more than $23.8 million was won by Lottery players.

The Lottery’s featured winners for November are Janeese and Dwight Cook.  The Cooks won $3.1 million in The Pick drawing held Nov. 14, 2009.  Janeese purchased the winning ticket the same day as the drawing and the eve of her husband’s birthday, which is Nov. 15.

The Cooks were presented with a check for $3.1 million during a press conference at the Lottery office in Phoenix. Windfall Willie, the Arizona Lottery’s mascot, presented Mr. Cook with a belated birthday cake to mark what will forever be an exceptionally memorable birthday.  The couple is seeking the advice of a financial consultant, but said during the press conference that they were interested in opening a no-kill animal shelter.
